UNIZINC, the multi-purpose shelf: the secret to a well organized storage system is in the storage structure adopted. More often than not, the traditional shelf is not sufficient to meet with the quantities and dimension of the article to store and still the use of pallet racking is excessive. For this situation ROSSS have projected Unizinc, a new concept of shelving designed in futuristic technology in every particular, allowing a "made to mesure" storage system. In fact the Unizinc profile is unique in its kind, rendering it particularly resistant. Thanks to the beams'steel texture and design, attention is directed  to where weight pressures most, avoiding useless waste of material along the neutral axis.   The unique end result is a profile offering a remarkable weight capacity in contrast to the light weight of the beam. A system with high weight capacity, but at the same time easy to assemble and highly cost effective. Moreover, thanks to the material and technology used in its'production, Unizinc offers uncompared versatility. While the traditional loading bay hardly exceeds 1 metre in lenght, Unizinc can be supplied un several dimensions from 900 mm, increased by 300mm, to a maximum of 2100 mm. Depth of the loading bay also varies from 300 mm to 1200 mm.  These features are complimented by the fact that the structur is made from completely hot-dipped galvanized steel, guaranteeing maximum protection against corrosive agent, and also rendering it ideal for humid and cold environments such as cold rooms. The Unizinc system can also be completed with several accessories, changing its' use from a tyre holder, to exhaust pipe storage, to clothes hanger, to a versatile bin system with vertical separators suiting ones'needs. If need be, side frames can also be supplied covered. An important factor is also that due to its structure, Unizinc is self levelling, thus easier to install.
